4. Pricing & Payments
•All prices displayed on the website are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
•Prices are subject to change without prior notice and do not include delivery fees, customs duties, or applicable taxes.
•OPEN XEASON accepts the following payment methods:
•Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

•Debit and Credit Cards
•Bank Transfer (where applicable)
•Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
•We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Orders & Confirmation
•Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
•OPEN XEASON reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, payment verification failure, incorrect order details, or suspected fraud.
•If an order is cancelled, any payments received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
•OPEN XEASON offers delivery within Ghana and to selected international locations.
•Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
•Within Accra: 1–3 business days
•Outside Accra: 3–7 business days
•International orders: 7–14 business days
•Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or delays caused by third-party courier services.
•OPEN XEASON is not responsible for delays or failures caused by external delivery partners.
7. Returns & Exchanges
•Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
•Returned items must be:
•Unworn and unwashed
•Free from damage, stains, or odors
•In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
•Sale, promotional, and discounted items are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on the part of OPEN XEASON.
•We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
8. Refund Policy
•Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
•Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
•Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
